How do I apply for a rental property?

You can apply online through our website by submitting your rental application, proof of income, and references.

A completed application, security deposit, first and last month’s rent, and a signed lease agreement.

Rent can be paid online, via e-transfer, or through pre-authorized payments.

Submit a maintenance request through our tenant portal or call our 24/7 emergency maintenance line for urgent issues.

Pet policies vary by property and are determined by the landlord. Some properties may allow pets with a pet deposit.

You must provide at least 60 days’ notice in writing before the end of your lease.
